Sometimes it’s a little complicated to start a business relationship.
Whereas we want to guarantee the payment, the customer wants a guarantee that the work is done.
For seed paper orders lower than 6000 € we ask for payment at the time of placing the order, For orders exceeding that amount we ask for 50% of the payment when ordering and the rest before sending the plantable paper.
That’s why we usually take photos of the work done as proof.
